Wed. 10.10 <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS: <br /> <br />1. 08.15 Meeting Minutes: The August 15, 2018 BPAC Meeting Minutes were reviewed by <br />the committee. Tony confirmed the Minutes were reviewed and approved by Council. <br /> <br />2. Membership Status: <br />a. SHA Member – Jana Potvin, SHA Assistant District Engineer, attended the meeting <br />and discussed that she may assign the role of the OC BPAC Member to a SHA staff <br />member working under her supervision. <br />b. Proposed June 2019 Revision to ByLaws – Add requirement for “1 member of <br />Town Planning & Zoning Staff”. This motion was voted on and unanimously <br />approved by all Members.
